Quote in advance. During your consultation we go through the expected costs with you, so there are no surprises afterwards. You receive a written quote as standard before we begin, regardless of the amount. For information about a treatment and a price indication, you can always book a consultation appointment with us.

Lab costs

We work with several dental laboratories so we can offer the best price-quality balance. Lab costs depend on the material and quantity, so the price per piece can vary. We share the expected lab costs with you up front, so you know what to expect.

Insurance & reimbursement

Basic insurance covers dental care for children up to 18 years. For adults, dental care is not covered by basic insurance, but can be covered by supplementary dental insurance.

We advise you to check with your health insurer in advance which treatments are covered and up to what amount.

Your invoice via Infomedics

We prefer to spend our time on your dental care rather than on administration. We have therefore outsourced sending and collecting invoices to Infomedics, a specialised company working for thousands of healthcare providers. Visit infomedics.nl →

What does this mean?

The invoice is sent automatically to your health insurer. Whatever is not covered, you pay yourself to Infomedics.

The invoice

If we have your e-mail address, you receive the invoice digitally. Otherwise by post.

Payment

Infomedics uses a 30-day payment term and can arrange instalments where applicable. For questions about your invoice or to request a payment plan, please contact Infomedics directly.

Basic insurance only?

If you do not have supplementary dental insurance, we ask you to pay at the front desk directly after treatment.

For any questions about your invoice, a payment plan, or instalments, please contact Infomedics directly. The clinic itself does not send or collect invoices; for billing questions we will always refer you to Infomedics.

Prefer to pay directly?

That is also possible. After your treatment you can pay by debit card at the front desk.
