A cancellation communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment by email or voicemail is considered officially cancelled, even if you have not yet received confirmation from our practice.

We understand that sometimes you may unexpectedly be unable to cancel an appointment on time. Therefore, we do not charge any costs the first time. However, when an appointment is cancelled too late or missed for the second time, we are obliged to charge the reserved treatment time. We thank you for your understanding, so that we can use our time as efficiently as possible for all our patients.
