The treatment uses a series of clear, custom-made aligners that you swap roughly every one to two weeks. Each aligner moves your teeth a small, controlled step until the final position is reached. The aligners are made of smooth medical-grade plastic and sit tightly over your teeth, almost invisible to other people.
Treatment starts with a thorough intake. Using a digital 3D scan we map your bite and simulate the full treatment up front, so you see what your final smile will look like before you start. Based on that plan we produce your personal set of aligners.
By wearing the aligners at least 22 hours a day, your teeth shift step by step to the right position. You take them out to eat, drink, brush, and for special occasions, a key advantage over a fixed brace. For most adults, treatment takes between 6 and 18 months depending on complexity.
After the active phase we fit a retainer to keep the result stable for the long term. We often pair the finish with subtle aesthetic touches such as a whitening treatment, for a complete smile makeover.
